Moonglow. Hundreds of millions of years ago ancient oceans laid down the sediments that are the basis of Sedona's red rock formations. Cathedral Rock is the icon of local scenery and can be embraced as one of natures finest works of art. This spectacle occurs only once or twice a year. Sedona Arizona USA.

This is Lake Ala Kol in Kyrgyzstan. You'll find this lake high up in the mountains near the city Karakol. A lot of people make the effort to hike up all the way up and see the blueness of this glacier lake. To us it was breathtaking.

A drone view of the volcanic lagoons of the coast of Iceland. The coastlines of Iceland can be harsh and ugly or beautiful and peaceful depending on where you go and when you visit. The volcanic nature of some areas give rise to unique environments, such as this.

Moon Connection. Perfect and almost Marsian view passing up the Nile from Luxor to Aswan on a small cruise ship.
The right place and right moment to catch the Moon and the Mosque almost at same line, showing their connection to each other... Stunning a bit reddish colors of sunset adds a lot of drama. Enjoy it!

This is the Olt river's Gorge crossing the Carpathians, a road which I travel quite often. It is one of the most spectacular roads in Romania, which is a good thing because it's always crowded.
