sLEO is a staked version of the LEO token on LeoDex. From today, those who stake their LEO tokens will receive daily rewards in USDC. The rewards come from fees that LeoDex charges for trades.
There is no lock-in period to stake or unstake, which makes the process flexible for users. The expected yield (APR) depends on LeoDex's trading volume. The higher the volume, the higher the yield.
A portion of the sLEO rewards from the "Protocol Owned LEO (POL)" fund will be automatically used to buy and stake even more LEO tokens. The fund acts as a permanent buyer of LEO, creating a snowball effect to ensure the token's long-term growth.
Future plans for LeoDex include the launch of "Perpetual Futures," which is expected to be a major source of revenue. The ultimate goal is for LeoDex to become a leading platform and for the LEO token to reach a market capitalization of $10 billion.
