It would add some credibility to the plan we laid out if we let some of these pools actually end. SPS will not ever go up substantially until some of the sources dry up.

We should be offloading the DAO's packs at the original sale prices in amounts equivalent to the DEC being given out. This gets rid of packs at much more favorable rates and cuts DEC inflation.
