Ace of Diamond (Japanese: ダイヤのA Hepburn: Daiya no A [Daiya no Ēsu], also known as Diamond's Ace) is a shōnen baseball manga written and illustrated by Yuji Terajima and published by Kodansha. It has been serialized by Weekly Shōnen Magazine since 2006. In 2008, Ace of Diamond received the Shogakukan Manga Awards for the shōnen category.

In 2010, it won the Kodansha Manga Award for best shōnen manga. An anime adaptation was premiered on 6 October 2013. Two original animation DVDs will be bundled with the fourth and fifth volumes of the Ace of Diamond Act II manga, the first releasing on 15 July 2016 and the second releasing on 16 September 2016

Diamond No Ace or Ace Of Diamong is an anime about Baseball sport. The story begins with a junior student named Sawamura Eijun a Pithcer in a baseball sport, Sawamura playing baseball for his junior high school to keep a memento progressing to the national level because Sawamura's school will be unloaded. Due to not having a reliable player the team finally lost Sawamura, but at the end of the game, the talent to throw Sawamura as a pitcher out, and it makes the assistant coach from high school famous Seido high school.

Not wanting to part with his friends Sawamura initially refused to join, but by this coach assistant Sawamura was asked to consider and invite Sawamura to the Seido high school baseball practice. While in high school Seido, Sawamura looks amazed by the way they practice, until his attention is fixed on a batter (batter) who was scolding the pitcher because the throw is so weak. Unable to bear it, Sawamura yelled at the Batter and finally they dueled.

A Catcher nicknamed Catcher genius named Miyuki was finally attracted and participated in the duel, an important fighting Catcher in the game, as he was the one who controlled the pitcher's pitch to be a "perfect shot". Finally Sawamura managed to defeat the Batter with his throw. Sawamura who had considered it agreed to enter Seido high school.

Sawamura Baseball career begins here. Many silly events in this anime and the journey of SMA Seido to the national level began.
