A la hora de llevar las cosas a un evento, tienes que llevar absolutamente TODO, porque si te falta algo la vas a pasar mal. el trabajo de logística de insumos y las herramientas tiene que ser perfecto, cualquier error lejos de la cafetería va a ser complicado de resolver.

De las cosas más tediosas de llevar es la máquina, el traslado, el peso, todos los accesorios. esto hace que el transporte sea bastante complicado. hay varios tipos de máquinas espresso, pero para un evento una pequeña va bien. (esto depende de cuantas personas, lo máximo que he servido son 600 cafés)
Aparte de esto el molino, licuadora y todo lo que vayas a usar dependiendo de que vayas a ofrecer en tu evento. Como les digo, una buena logística es importante.
