Until a few years ago, it was difficult for me to communicate with people. In companies, I was usually the one who is always silent and listens to what others have to say. I started to worry about it in my teens. And of course I wanted to find the answers in psychology. I read books on psychology, magazines, watched TV shows. I always came to the conclusion that you need to believe in yourself and love. And you know, all the methods that psychologists recommended in the books did not work.

It's strange, but I think a lot of it comes from the family. It was not customary for us to talk. Communication was limited to solving everyday problems and tasks. We had no conversations about feelings, no respectful discussions. In recent years, I have started to talk much more about my feelings, about my opinions. And as I understand it, this was due to the fact that my loved ones do care about each other's feelings. And I learned it from them.

And of course, this transformation gives a greater sense of freedom. In a conversation, you can be an interesting conversationalist, and not just a passive listener.
