CBRS is visiting their Land in Lithuania

In our last posts we introduced our community, some of our projects and told you about us and how we work and help each other to build something great. In this short article we are going to tell you some of our passion project ideas that we would like to implement in to CBRS and hopefully our community can take part and help.

Just 30 kilometers outside Vilnius, Lithuania we got 8 hectares of land that is just sitting there empty but full of potential. Upcoming week we are going to visit that land!

First goal is to take some samples of the land to see if the earth is already futile enough for planting or do we still need to fertilize the land and wait for a year till it is ready.

We want to make a drone video of the land so we can see exactly how everything is looking. Where is the forest, hills, water and open fields. Since we already have the permission to build, we can start planning where the best place would be to start building our 1st buildings. This way we can also see where we are going to grow different plants.

Since our name is Cold BeetRoot Soup it is a must to grow all the ingredients needed. Beet, Dill, Cucumber, Spring Onions and well **Kefir **we will just have to buy from a local farm. This way we will be able to make Cold BeetRoot Soup all day long. Don’t forget that planting Beetroot is also good for the environment and it helps with the CO2 problem we have in the world.

Order your own CBRS Style Avatar

So, for every CBRS Style Avatar ordered by you guys, we are going to plant a Beetroot or a tree and this way help a bit extra. In the end we would love to grow a food Forest and a place for people to come visit, stay and enjoy the produce grown in our little permaculture Eden.

But that is not all! Imagine all those ingredients becoming a part of a Blockchain so you could see exactly how it was grown, what was used to grow it, where it grew, when it was taken to the market, when it was sold in a shop and much more. This is where Foodchain comes in! With their help and knowledge everything is possible.

What would you do if you had 8 hectares of land? Would you sell it or build and grow something? What would you grow and how would you do it? And if you have any experience in agriculture please share some wisdom with us. We would like to get some feedback from hive community.
