Veil is a very effective platform at this, it has so many characteristics that aids this functions and its anonymousity makes it able to perform these functions too for users. Users will have a very effective platform that is secure with the advantage of real privacy stabilizing their activities. Doing all that will help to reduce the instability of users activities and making the network stronger with a little more faster speed in activities.
