El día de hoy quise traerles una receta bastante saludable, fácil y rápida de elaborar, especialmente un desayuno para cuando vayas tarde al trabajo o simplemente cuando no tengas mucho tiempo para cocinar.

It is certainly not wrong to do it, as long as you provide your body with a balance between healthy and unhealthy, for this reason I bring you a dish that many people may not yet know and reading this post, they want to prepare it and make it frequent in your food rations, giving your body a taste made for health. An ideal food for those who want to lose weight or gain muscle mass.
For the recipe you initially need a real desire to pamper your body with something healthy, and secondly the following ingredients:
- 1/2 taza de avena, puede ser entera o molida (también puede ser menor o mayor cantidad, a tu gusto).

- 1 cucharada de queso rayado o molido (se recomienda un queso bajo en sal).
- 1/2 tomate.
- 1/4 de cebolla.

Picar en trozos pequeños la cebolla y el tomate, en mi caso les aconsejo primero sofreír la cebolla y cuando tome un aspecto cristalino, añadir el tomate y una pizca de sal, luego dejar nuevamente sofreír por al menos 30 segundos. Retirar del fuego y dejar enfriar.

Excelente presentación Marco y además se ve súper sencillo de hacer. Gracias por compartir, creo que la intentaré pero sin tomate. No puedo consumirlo por el ácido urico alto.
