Still Scouting For New Curators

Currently we are working on multiple things to expand our impact on the hive blockchain:
  • welcome more curators
  • re-branding
  • receive more delegations
  • building up a witness server
  • preparing and hosting monthly contests

But the main goal of us is still to grow our team and affect even more creators here on the hive blockchain. That's why we have created a post in which we were asking you to join our curation initiative . Inspired by this post 3 new curators got excited for it and got onboarded into the DIYHub curation team: @slothlydoesit @desro and @elizacheng. You are doing a great job and we are happy to have you in our team! Unfortunately we also had to decline a few applications by other people who did not fit yet.

We need more help

But 3 more curators are still not enough since we have recently adjusted a few parameters including the maximum count of curation per day for each curator. By reducing this we are hoping for better quality curations but we also have few votes per day if our team would stay the same.

So we are still asking you to join us if you fulfill the requirements (reputation is only a guideline so it is bendable if needed). If you know someone who would fit into our criteria feel free to share the post and also a reblog would be highly appreciated to spread our call more with your followers!

Here is an excerpt of the previous mentioned post to tell you more about who we are searching for and what we can offer for your help:

We we are searching for

  • actively posting / reading inside the art / photo / music / diy communities
  • you have knowhow specific to one of our target niches
  • minimum reputation 67 because we need experienced hive users
  • willing to curate on a mostly daily basis
  • open to help us to improve the initiative
  • willing to spread the name and word of @DIYHub

We offer

  • you will earn hive & DIY tokens each curation
  • additional support like writing posts, replying to comments etc. will earn you extra rewards
  • you can work with us on improving @DIYHub
  • kind and constructive communication with other curators
  • we help you with networking with other communities and your personal projects
  • you will receive good karma points by supporting authors on hive ;)

You want to join?

If you are interested and you want to join us on our journey make sure to enter the DIYHub discord server and let us know! Everything else will be coordinated by me (@tibfox).

Please share this post!

Even if you are not interested in becoming a curator of @DIYHub please share this post with your friends and followers. The more good curators we have the better we can support hive as a creative playground for authors all around the globe.

Thanks & Peace!

Are you interested in curating
@geneeverett @mineopoly @buffalobison for Music
@artmom @dayadam for Art
or any of my amazing followers?

Thank you very much for your support @ninahaskin!

Thanks @ninahaskin. ☺️🥰

Thanks @ninahaskin, Gald to be part of the DIY movement!

@ninahaskin What an honor for me to receive this mention and nomination from you. Where could I contact you to have information about it, I would like to know more. I only speak Spanish, I help myself with a translator.

Would someone Spanish speaking at @diyhub please get in touch with @dayadam for assistance? Look at her work. She would be a wonderful curator! 💯

Thank you @ninahaskin, I will wait for you to contact me so that you can explain me what it consists of, clear doubts and know if I can really do the job. Blessings.💕

Thank you @ninahaskin for mentioning me! I’m not familiar with the curator’s duties and how much time is needed for curating but open to discuss new opportunities :-)

Great initiative, really enjoying my time curating for @DIYHub, it's opened my eyes to a lot more content on Hive and allowed me to find some great posts and creators I otherwise wouldn't have. Thanks for the opportunity and I recommend anyone with an interest in "DIYHub" topics to apply for the curation positions.

Totally agree with you on this 👍☺️😉

Thanks for having me onboard... Loving this new role with @diyhub... 🥰🥰🥰
