You can search by whatever payment method you want to pay...paypal...bank transfer....even cash if the seller is in your country. Yes, you can search sellers based on country as well. I've bought from this site using an online payment method. I think most sellers accept paypal there. You can also choose what paypal currency you want to pay as well. The search is extremely specific and you will almost always find a seller that meets your criteria.

I see, looked around a bit. Can't seem to take the human contact part out if it. Most of the good services I came across like paxxful, with reasonable fees, involved contacting a seller.
