A Health Bomb But Not Very Good

That's oatmeal with extra virgin olive oil and cashew nuts. It wasn't very good although the oil and the nuts help keep hunger at bay longer than just the oatmeal.

Oatmeal is best with frozen berries. It cools down faster to be ready to be eaten and the berries are quite tasty and good in themselves. That's considerably better than oatmeal alone, though.

My mother-in-law was advised by a doctor to have oatmeal with extra virgin olive oil for breakfast. I guess that's quite healthy but not too good in my opinion.
