HIDDEN CONTROL OF THE CPS: ARE YOU BLACK-LISTED?

Are you sure you're not in the Black list of the CPS?

Sure! I know nothing about it - you can say.

And some Russian families thought the same until occasionally they didn't know they're under CPS control for a long time...

This case made all parents be more attentive because now nothing is impossisble, and you can be almost a criminal for CPS even if you don't know it.

In one Russian family the mother died, and godparents wantd to adopt her daughter, but they were forbidden to do it because they were in the CPS black list. Why? When? Why without notifications? That's it.

A lawyer of the activist community has given some explanations.

There are different types of family registration (Blacklisting):

✔️ Registration in the commission on juvenile affairs;
✔️ Intraschool accounting;
✔️ In the juvenile department of the police;
✔️ In the CPS as "a family in a socially dangerous situation"

The main reason for the registration is article 5.35 of the Administrative Code "Inadequate performance of parental duties" that allows to cause absolute outrage!

Just look at some "pearls" of this article:

  1. The child was crossing the road in the RIGHT place, but he was hit by a car. Parents were discharged 5.35.
  2. The child has been bitten by a dog / horse. Parents 5.35
  3. A child in the game fell from a slide / from a swing / was injured. The parents were guilty.
  4. The children got lost on the walk, the parents called the police for help, they found the children, they are ok, but - 5.35.
  5. The child swam in the lake with his grandfather. 5.35 for the fact that ... "there was no legal representative nearby"
  6. 5.35 for truancy at school, teenage drinking, smoking, fighting and walking at night etc.

So no matter how good parents you wanna be. You're guilty just because you're parents.

There is an example of the application to the CPS to discover whether you're blacklisted for now or not.
It can be useful for my Russian friends here. Hope you won't find yourself there.
