Thank you very much @mariannewest! Yeah sadly no sights in the US, if that's what you ment. Now it's 5th of December, 10:20 PM in Finland. The sooner the better it is so that people can still reach to take photos on 6th day but it's still fine even after because people can share their pictures - that they have hopefully taken - later.
I changed the rules! Now anything with the theme of "Finland" from photos to poetry is eligible! As long as it's original. And there are events in the US!! http://www.finland100usa.com/calendar.html
And there is actually at least one place being light up (in the US) which is the Cityhouse of San Fransisco!
