How I prepare for the hot season

Even if it's barely February I like to make long term plans. They keep me excited and give me a reason to save money.

I heaven't been on a vacation at the sea side for a long time, and until now the time was never right, sometimes school was in the way, or I had other urgent expensive needs, othertimes me and my friends couldn't find a timeframe that suited us all.

This year we said that we will plann it months before so everybody will know that they are busy and not to make any other plans. But from the last experinces we learnd that a big group means many issues. So we tightend our group, just the ones that are 100%.

So, now we are searching for places to go and a timeframe. In the meantime I have to get my body in shape for a bikini. Which is not easy to get.

I am normally an active person I go to the gym 2 or 3 time a week, depending on my schedule. I like to have a healthy lifestyle but my schedule doesn't allow me to eat 5 meals a day not to mention preparing them, or go shopping. And this kind of diet is an expensive one as well.

So a few months ago I started to take some shakes that replace a meal and some shakes that give you energy before exercising.

There is nothing in the world like sunbathing.

I will write posts about what kind of training I do and what I eat each day and my results so far, and also my vacation planning status. Until now I am very pleased with the diet.
