Ingredients and Mushroom Egg Seeds:
50 gr mushroom (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 spring onion (finely sliced)
50 gr carrot (grated)
5 eggs
1 tomato (cored, box cut)
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tbsp oil
How To Make Mushroom Omelette:
- Heat oil. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms. Stir until wilted and remove.
- Mix the spices and other ingredients into the bowl. Stir well.
- Pour the dough and mushrooms into the pan, let it half-baked and then fold in half.
- The mushroom omelet is ready to be served.
