As a recent Teenager, I agree with a ton of your statements. I think that it's easier to stay fit, and lean by ingraining these habits as a teenager, rather than as an adult later. A ton of my friends have been putting on weight, as they figure out that the metabolism of a teen doesn't stay that long. Once the foundation of good habits are formed, everything will be pretty easy afterwards
