Series Food #327: King Do Moon Cake

Mid-Autumn Festival has passed, I had a happy day Mid-Autumn Festival with my family and relatives. Years ago, when the Covid - 19 epidemic had not yet appeared, me and my friends went to see lanterns and walked around in Hoan Kiem Lake. But this year we have to stay at home and I have more time to spend with my family. These are 4 mooncakes, I bought it at a famous mooncake shop. Kinh Do - This is the most delicious and popular brand of mooncakes. This is also the type of cake that I used to worship ancestors on the Mid-Autumn Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, not only for children but also for the day of gratitude for those who have passed away.

This is my favorite cake taste: Salted Egg Jambon Mooncake - The most expensive cake in the price list but I find it to have the best taste, the filling includes: ( Melon seeds, sausage, ribs, pumpkin seeds, fat, lotus seeds, lemon leaves, salted egg, roasted cashews, sesame, ginger jam,..)

Currently on the Vietnamese market there are many different types of mooncakes produced from different brands. Some famous mooncake brands such as Kinh Do, Huu Nghi, Bibica, Bao Phuong, Bao Minh, Bao Ngoc,.. trusted and bought by many people. There are many types of handmade mooncakes, but it's not guaranteed of quality, so here are the mooncake brands I recommend you to buy.

When I was a kid, I hated eating mooncakes because it was too sweet, but since I ate Kinh Do's mooncakes, I've become a girl addicted to mooncakes.

If you eat it slowly, you will find the taste of mooncakes very good.
