My friend has been suffering health issues. I found something centering around this garage that was not helping the situation at all. After 6 full days, I have cleared out this garage. I even fixed the washer and dryer in here.
This garage desperately needs some lactic acid bacteria or really just some live bacteria that will help break down all the bad stuff. I will continue working on the sprinkler system in the next couple of days.

I wish I could do before and after shots of it all just for resume purposes but out of respect to the owners I am just doing after shots. The place was really really bad!
