Siempre que vamos por pescado, no puedo de dejar de fotografiar esta playa. Para mi, ir a Playa Valdez es más que comprar pescado, es tan gratificante ver como en las mañanas temprano llegan los barcos cargados de pescados y a medida que sale más fuerte el sol todo queda en una aparente calma, los barcos se quedan quietos y el mar queda tan tranquilo, pero no por mucho tiempo, porque comienzan a llegar los bañistas a la playa, muchos compran su pescado y se quedan a disfrutarlo junto al mar. Yo creo que en la Isla no queda ninguna persona, que, en algún momento de su vida, no se hubiera comido su pescadito junto al sonido de las olas del mar.
