The key to a lengthy, active and pleasant life is health and fitness. Health is rightly said to be the real wealth an individual can maintain.
In general, health can be assessed on three main parameters: physical, psychological and nutritional.
Physical health implies a person's physical appearance.
Psychological health implies a person's capacity in all life conditions to preserve patience, calmness, and composure.
Nutritional health implies that essential nutrients are present in the body to combat immune illnesses.
Simply being healthy and fit implies taking excellent body care. We should remember that there is only a good mind in a healthy body. Good mental and body health enables one to retain the energy level needed to accomplish life success. We must all strive to achieve a healthy life.
Do we follow the laws of health?
Early rising is the first law of health which we hear from our childhood but didn't follow the rule yet.
Regular exercise at specified times is the first and vital condition of excellent health. As quickly as one gets a feeling of tiredness, it should be mild and given up. The excess must be prevented and damage must not be done.
To stay healthy, walking is the best type of practice.
It is important to avoid intoxicating drinks and smoking for excellent health.
Eating healthy and rich foods with nutrients, exercising, taking enough sleep, avoiding damaging substances are just a few easy ways to remain healthy and fit. These relate straight to our physical, mental and emotional health.
Things to do to maintain a balanced lifestyle that is healthy and fit:
· Keep your body hydrated - drink plenty of water
· Before and after meals washing hands–maintain hygiene
· Intake of nutrients
· Regular Exercise
· Regular, sound sleep
Keep in mind, we generate circumstances that lead to a lifestyle that is unhealthy and unsuitable. This is a reality. We should, therefore, create good practices and be able to take the necessary steps to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle.
