Have Digestive Issues? How to Heal Your Gut. #digestivehealth

in #health6 years ago

I am currently healing my digestive system and have learned these concepts that I am going to be sharing with you.

First, Let me give a little talk on digestive health. Personally, My system has always been problematic for me, growing up as a child I ate terribly. I did not know better, because my parents didn't know better. They assumed by just giving me something to eat without thinking of nutritional value or even having knowledge of healthy food that I would grow up to be okay and that was enough. I do not blame my parents, I just learn from that whole experience which has led me to heal myself from whatever I have been exposed to in my younger years. I am on a journey to heal myself and this is where I begin to share with you what I have been doing to help heal my digestive system.

There are four R words:

* Remove

*Replace

*Repair

* Reinoculate

This is a formula to heal your digestive system. Removing foods that do not have nutritional value, majority of the foods to remove are packaged processed foods, gluten, dairy, soy, and Anything that is not whole and organic should be removed with the exception of whole organic grains such as quinoa, wild rice, and gluten free oats.

Then once you remove all those unnecessary foods, you replace those foods with whole, plant-based, organic foods. Mostly RAW organic foods that are not heated or cooked. Yes, I understand you must start slow and steady to not overwhelm yourself with this new diet, but you must figure out a way to do so, it may take days, months, even years. It has taken me years to understand this. And I am here to help you skip waiting years and jump into it now to avoid long term damage from the toxic foods you are eating.

Now to repair the damage that has been done is initiated by removing those toxic foods and replacing with good clean whole foods. Keep in mind, due to damage done over years of unhealthy eating, the body needs time to repair itself, and most likely when switching to healthier diets the results don't happen overnight. Leaky gut syndrome is very common with people who have poor diets. Your intestines might not be absorbing the nutrients from switching to whole plant-based foods, and you might think that switching over to a healthy diet is not working for you. You need to address the inflammation and leaky gut issues to repair your gut. Time and research is in your hands.

After addressing the inflammation and leaky gut issues, the last step is to reinoculate! Reinoculate means to re-introduce. You will reinoculate the new bacteria into your system. If you have ever taken antibiotics and any over the counter medicine then you have been destroying the microbiome in your digestive system, which then leads to many chronic diseases and autoimmune diseases. So, by following the R's in the order above you can fix the microbiome in your digestive system. You should be taking probiotics, prebiotics, and enzymes. The ones I use are by a company called Puradyme! I am currently taking these supplements to help heal my digestive system. I recommend you choose a brand that is actually high quality. There are so many supplements out there that lie and are low quality and don't actually help you. You want to choose a probiotic that is actually what it says to be, and from my experience I recommend you check out Puradyme! Here is a link to their website!
