My Creamy Spicy Crabs Recipe for Dinner

Hello everyone.. this is my first time to post in this community.. I would like to share the delicious dish that i cooked last night.. my creamy spicy crabs..

Ingredients:
crabs
oil
salt
pepper
paprika
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
ginger
5 pcs chili
225ml coconut milk

First thing i did is boiled the crab in soda and salt for 10 minutes until it's cooked

After the crab is cooked.. i cut it in half so that the crab will absorb the creaminess of the coconut milk..

i set aside the crabs that i cut and then i heat the pan and oil.. after that i sauté the onion, garlic and ginger.. and add the coconut milk.. i waited the coconut milk to boiled for a few minutes and then i add the salt and other spices to taste..
i taste it first to see if the taste was right already..

I also add the chili and the paprika to add more flavor and become spicy.. the spicy flavor adds to make more delicious and appetizing..

and again i simmer it for a few minutes to let the coconut milk become thick..

After boiling the coconut milk and it was a bit thick,, i add the crabs that i set aside earlier.. and waited again for a few minutes.. to let it boil.. and now it's ready to be served..

here is the finish recipe of my creamy spicy crab..
my daughter and wife enjoy their dinner.. they loved the creaminess of the coconut milk and also the touch of spiciness.. They finished more than a bowl of rice.. They wanted me to make it again soon.. I am thinking I can make this same cooking method but i will used fish instead..
