[Today I want to show you a delicious recipe for a healthy potato omelet that is ideal for dinner, breakfast or snack, plus it is very functional for people who are eating healthier by cutting down on flour. It is very easy to make and we have the ingredients at home and they are not so expensive.]

[Before starting the preparation it is important to wash the potatoes very well and remove their skins and then cut them into thin slices on a flat surface.]

[Then add a pinch of salt and place the slices in a frying pan previously heated in a circle until they are browned on both sides, then add a little oil to prevent them from sticking to the pan.]

[In a separate cup, stir the egg with a pinch of salt and add it to the potatoes in the pan, wait for it to cook a little and then turn the omelet over.]

[As a final touch, which is optional, add white cheese or any type of cheese. And just like that, the tortilla is ready]

[Before eating I like to cut it into triangles, so it is easier to eat 😋🍽️]

[ I always make this recipe especially for breakfast or dinner because it is very light and nourishing since the tortilla contains carbohydrates when the potato is included, plus the addition of cheese gives it a divine flavor.]

[What I like most about this tortilla is that you can add any other ingredient such as bacon, ham, tomato, onion or any other ingredient, and it looks spectacular.]
