Is it just me? Or 8 out of 10 2020 movies are boring and a total miss! at least so far, I find it hard to comprehend, there's been so much experience acquired over time in the production of movies and because of this one would naturally expect that fresh out 2020 movies should have some standard especially when its starring an already known artist, in the case of this movie, Terry Crews.

I've always been a fan of Terry Crews because he acted comedy, I liked his touch of funny a lot, I often found the whole macho clowny character funny, this movie is likely the first movie where I'd see Terry Crews act so serious and I couldn't help but not just feel Terry's vibe, his role was a totally miss from his character.

Speaking of things that were amiss in this movie, not only the character was but also the entire story line and believe me, I tried to keep my optimism high at each point I asked myself "WTF", all because this was Terry Crews for crying out loud, well I did eventually watch till the end because I was still hoping for something to hold on to, but...

Terry Crews played the role of John Henry, a man who was supposedly strong from birth, not super hero strong though, just a tad bit stronger than the average kid, somehow you'd think that was supposed to contribute a meaningful part of the movie, I can't over emphasize the fact that I kept on waiting for the real movie to begin till it actually ended.

Do you know Terry Crews wasn't the only notable artist that acted in this movie but also "Ludacris"?, of whom I'm a huge fan of, needless to say, seeing the cast and preview totally got me interested in watching the movie, I can't even say this is one noteable thing Ludacris did throughout the movie, so understand me when I say I really tried to keep my optimism high despite the countless WTF moments.

The movie started with some dude running over a mans dog, however, with the kind of physique and entire appearance of the owner of the dog, you'd think he would have done something drastic, moreover the person responsible for the death was a notorious gang member and pulled out a gun and began to threaten him, apparently the owner of the dog was John Henry and instead of doing anything he picked up his dead dog and walked away.

When this part happened, I couldn't help but catch the John Wick vibes, but few minutes into it, I started to skip forward because, boring, skipped watched skipped watched skipped watched till the end. I mostly feel this way because I'm a "shoot em all up" movie type of person, like the proper John Wick and not this John Wick wanna be.

As a fan of both Ludacris and Terry Crews, I'm dissappointed they allowed themselves to be featured in this movie, acting the roles they did, Ludacris is better off sticking to Fast and Furious, oh did I tell you Ludacris was the bad guy in this movie? Ludacris a bad guy, hahaha, hilarious! While Terry crews should just stick with the Expandables or movies of that standard.

If I paid to watch this movie at the cinema, trust me that I'm going to leave a big dump on the floor of that cinema room. I don't care who looks at me, and I'd wipe my ass with the movie ticket.

You might have a different opinion so maybe give it a try?

Here's the preview.
