My Mischevious Breakfast - A whole meal.

Breakfast is one of the important meal of the day. Not only because it is the first meal of the day, but also because you are eating it after a prolonged hours of sleep. Time to time our body needs something to keep us going. And the first meal of the day is purely important. It is also been said , that the breakfast needed to be a light one. So I began my breakfast with a slice of bread, with a glass of milk.

Considering my age and weigh, this slice is like a bite in mouth. I stomach doesn't felt anything, as bring an young Indian, we all need something spicy stuffs. So I changed my breakfast to more advanced "sandwich"

Sandwiches are the slices of same bread, stuffed with many items. But how much one can eat, one slice, two slices....or more. My wife gave up and so does me. And soon I switched to a bigger quality of bread call it pav

Bit bulky in weight and size, this might fulfill my hunger. But again a single piece of bun / pav does not sufficient for a bigger tummy of mine. Again I need something quite heavy to make me going for entire day.

My grandfather once told me, that breakfast should always be a good one and proper meal. Because, you never knew how your days will folds up with work, meeting, or other stuff. So following on his words, I started to have some real meal early in the day.

Many a times I realised this whenever i skip my breakfast, I remain hungry the entire day, or unable to eat anything due to office occupancy. And since then I always made sure to have a proper meal before I go out or as soon as I woke up. Now I do not eat bread slices, rather I opt out for , some home cooked food chapati & potato, flattened rice and curd being the top favourite.

For a entire day meal, I love to eat either of them, depending upon my taste. Considering, early hours it is difficult to make so many items. But if given a chance I do not hesitate to have a full course meal in my breakfast.

Try out light weigh meal always rather than a light breakfast. This is my entry for @qurator mischevious monday breakfast . Never get tired of eating.🙂

Wow you breakfast really looks so good and delicious. Yes you're right breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It was called breakfast because you are now breaking the fasting.

Great post, I love how you shared your personal experience with breakfast and how it has evolved over time. I completely agree with you that breakfast is an important meal of the day and it should be a proper meal to keep us going throughout the day.
