<笋片&泡菜魔芋>

买了笋子,打算瘦肉笋片,
我觉得加点青椒丝看起来更好看,注重菜品菜色

那天买了魔芋,魔芋有直接用粉做的
(魔芋磨成粉晒干,然后需要做魔芋时就取材),
还有直接用生魔芋做的(也就是老板说的活魔芋)。
这个我倒是也懂,也能区分这个的口感,

生魔芋做的吃起来老一点,但是炒出来更Q弹,
魔芋粉做的吃起来就要嫩一点。生魔芋要贵一点,
魔芋粉做的要便宜点,老板问了我的如何制作时,
给我推荐了魔芋粉制作的魔芋,我无所谓,都可以。
