Hi Everyone,
When you visit Melbourne, the main thing you will be doing is eat, eat and eat. They have some great cafes there and during our visit, we visited one called Brighton Soul. It’s a popular choice around the area and can be seen when we arrived to see a line waiting for a table. Due to the large group we had, we had to wait around 30 minutes to get a table outside as inside is a little small. We were starving so we can’t wait to order some drinks and food quickly.
去到墨爾本一定就是食, 食和食. 今次墨爾本之旅我們不停食而今次想跟大家分享 Brighton Soul 這間咖啡室. 在 Brighton 附近這間比較受歡迎，我們拍完車見到人龍就知道網上的推介應該沒有錯的. 因為我們人多所以要等30分鐘才有位給我們坐. 大家實在太肚餓所以不用多想就很快地叫了一些飲品和食物.
Let’s check out the menu. Lots to choose from, not sure which one to get really. We ordered the Bento, baked eggs, lost in Japan, Ramen, Holy Crab burger with Matcha bun, cold brew coffee and a matcha latte. Definitely lots of food but we are super hungry. As you can see from the menu, it is a fusion of Japanese & Korean inspired food with traditional cafe menu.
先看看餐牌. 其實有很多選擇所以我們叫了一個便當，焗蛋，一個拉麵，一個魚生餐，蟹漢堡包，凍咖啡和一個綠茶拿鐵. 我們是叫了很多東西所以都好期待希望可以快點上菜. 從餐牌可以看見這間咖啡店有日本和韓國一些元素放在食物裡面.
Wow! Everything as presented well and in some way you just don’t want to eat and ruin everything. The bento box was a little disappointing as the serving was a bit small but it was fresh. You can’t go wrong with baked eggs so its a safe option dish. Lost in Japan was delicious with lots of ingredients I love but again the serving was too small. The ramen broth was a bit of a disappointment as it felt like it was just instant stock. Finally the holy crab burger, its was huge and the bun was delicious. Probably the best out of all the things we ordered overall.
嘩！看見他們上菜的時候每碟都整得好靚. 首先日本便當有一點失望因為份量實在太細，叫一份實在不夠飽. 焗蛋一般都是好吃的，好少會出錯. 另外這個魚生餐真是好好味而且好多材料但都是一樣份量非常少. 碗拉麵的湯底好像一般雞湯一樣，味道有點失望. 最後這個蟹漢堡包份量最大而且綠茶包非常之好吃.叫了那麼多樣這個蟹包是最好吃的.
Although there are great reviews for this restaurant, to me it’s pretty average. All the food was presented nicely, taste was acceptable but the servings were just too small. The pricing was not cheap either and we felt like we weren’t full even though we ordered so much food. It was a bit disappointing in that sense but overall, the service was great, the drinks were spot on and lots of street parking which was convenient for us.
雖然網上對這間咖啡店的評語大致上都好但我個人覺得食物是一般的.雖然每一疊鋪排得好靚，味道可以接受但份量真的非常少.價錢方面比較貴而且叫了那麼東西都不飽所以有點失望.這裏的服務非常之好，飲品方面亦合格而且加上有好多車位泊車所以希望這間咖啡店可以改良他們的食物份量就會更好的.
