To organize an Event at the Event is always such a "thing". It can work or it can fail.

This time it worked again very well and here is a review from that little craft beer pub crawl in Amsterdam during #HiveFest 7.

But first things first. I like to give a real big THANK YOU to @roelandp who made the #HiveFest again a blast- It was such a cool event!

A little walk

After some hours at the event location we had a little 10 minute walk to the first brewery in the old town of Amsterdam.

Lokation ONE - De Prael

The brewery is located in an old 17th-century auction house. This is where our beers are produced. The brewing installation is located on the first floor, in which the beer is prepared for the fermentation that takes place on the ground floor. The fermented beer is filled on the ground floor. This is done in a bottle, keg or in the tap tank.

My first De Prael

So, I started with a Johnny as my first try.
A nice beer with just 5.7% of Alc and a nice taste. Not to complex but still something special.

Just close the the brewing equipment, there is this nice and fancy looking area. It was closed, but I sneaked in for a quick picture.

Spanish talk

Together with @empoderat (that Spanish hive guy) and his girlfriend @queengaga we had a long talk about meeting in Spain and having more beer. Let'see when a meeting in Spain will take place, the different more beers where more easy to get.

Craft cider and fries

The beloved @karinxxl ordered your our tables just a bunch of fries as they go well with some beers. I think the beer belongs to @rmach but I'm not 100% sure.

A clear message

Found this great message at a post from @rmach and decided to add this to this #BeerSaturday post as we sat beneath each other. As always we had some pretty good talks about what turns the world.

We left the De Prael

After two hours we left the place and started our short walk to the second bar...

... guided by @rivalzzz, who did a great job carrying the #BeerSaturday sign through that huge amount of people at the red light district, to bring us safe and together to the next bar...

...which is as well a taproom from a local brewery called "De bekeerde Suster" which means "The Converted Sister" or "the converted nun" and there will be a second post about this.
