🦉 The Eurasian nuthatch or wood nuthatch (Sitta europaea)

📚 Sitta sittē (Greek) mentioned by Aristotle and other ancient Greek. by the authors of the bird, something similar to the woodpecker
📚 europaea (lat.) European

One spring, I discovered this nimble friend. He fussed in the trees, flew from one tree to another, something he did, which attracted my attention. I came closer, he saw me but did not attach any importance to this, after all, these birds are not particularly afraid of people.

What did I see. This dude found what I thought was an insect. He butchered it and tried to hide it in the crevices of the tree bark.
He did it very actively. Then he immediately after that found a seed of some plant and also tried to hide it. In general, he was all in worries.
