Estrella, Julian and their young son Juancito entered the kitchen, and found a mess of cooked flour, oats, wheat and corn with rice.
Julian asked Estrella: "Honey, is this rice or is it oatmeal?" Estrella responded by whispering, "just eat, let's take advantage of the fact that the cat is sleeping", and turning to her son, Juancito said: "eat, baby, those seeds are very good". Juancito replies: Oh mom, if only I could put them in water, they are too hard for me! Why don't you give them to me at the beak?

The Gonzalez spouses were arguing because Julian had seen another bird. He tells Estrella: Calm down dear, that doesn't matter at all! She replies, "don't play innocent, I saw you looking at that dancer!".
Pablo, the peacock
Pablo, the peacock flees from his own shadow thinking: "I have to find a quiet place to spread my tail and this guy is chasing me everywhere!. Maybe if I walk faster he will leave me alone".

Some Humans are Special
"So, Reggie, we've brought you to the Kitchen of Elias G today because it's time for a very important lesson." Dad looked at his son with a strange look in his eyes.
"Okay, Dad. I'm listening." Reggie looked around at all the seeds lying around him and hoped the lesson would be quick. He was hungry. But, he knew better than to start pecking at the seeds before his mum and dad said he could.
"Reggie, it is NOT a good idea to venture inside the homes of Humans. Or, at least, if you do, you need to make sure that you keep your wits about you." Dad said.
"Yes, Reggie, this is very important." Mum chimed in. She looked at him with loving eyes but Reggie could see a little fear mixed in there too.
Like many a youngster, Reggie's response was quite typical. "Why?"
"Well, Reggie, most Humans aren't like Elias." Dad pointed his beak to a man sitting at a table a little bit removed from the perch we were sitting on. "Elias is very special. He leaves this food here for us, and just watches us when we visit." Dad bowed a little at the man sitting at the table and Reggie noticed the man's lips turn up and his eyes twinkle at the gesture.
"Oh," said Reggie. "But why is he different?" Reggie could feel the man's eyes on him now and he felt a beautiful energy coming from him. It was like the energy he experienced when his mum and dad looked at him. They called it love.
Dad looked at mum and then said, "Most humans aren't like Elias because they don't fully understand freedom. They like to keep things. They like to imprison things. And worse, some of them like to kill. It's very sad."
"Yes, Reggie, Humans aren't as evolved as most other animals. They have difficulty getting along. But Elias is different because he understands beauty and love. It seems simple but, unfortunately, there's a lot of Humans that just don't get that." Mum sighed and looked over at Elias and bowed at him too.
"This is a safe space, Reggie, where you can come and interact with a special human. You can watch him and see how he lives. You can watch his family and see how they interact with each other. But, you must know that what you see here is not the norm. Your mum and I actually encourage you to come here, especially when you leave the nest as you will do soon. But, when it comes to other Humans you need to be careful. You need to keep yourself at a safe distance. Do you understand?" Dad emphasised his words and looked into Reggie's eyes waiting for his answer.
Reggie looked at his dad and then his mum. He could see the seriousness in their eyes. "Yes, Dad. I think so. Elias and his family are safe to visit but other humans, well, I need to be careful around them?" He watched as both his parents relaxed and smiled at his words.
"Yes!" His parents chorused. "Okay, Reggie, that's the lesson over with. Now we can eat!" And so while Elias watched, the three birds began to eat.
I wonder if @tengolotodo or @deraaa would like to have a little fun with this? Perhaps it will give them some inspiration for their three-parter for the DreemPort challenge. 💛

For me it would be easier, to have all 3 photos permament in the post istead of changing, because I an used to stare at the photo til inspiration comes and this isnt so easy when they change every view seconds :-)
