Finals Project Fieldwork: Jollibee Usability Test

Hello, hivers! For today's blog, let me share with you a beautiful moment cuz we came from BOGO city to Jollibee to take a USABILITY for our finals, our ERGONOMICS 2. That's why we chose Jollibee cuz that's the fast food near us and also it is the one famous fast food in bogo city Cebu. We need 2 or 3 staff or managers in Jollibee to take some questions and interview too for our USABILITY.

After our morning classes, my group went to Jollibee in bogo city to conduct USABILITY testing for our final project. Before that, we arrived at Jollibee with my other groupmate; while we were waiting for the others, it was because of the important documentation. This was to show to our instructor that all of us in the group participated in the Usability testing.

Until the others arrived, we chose who we could interview. While we were looking for who was available, we met the manager and asked if he was not busy and if it was okay for him to ask questions. Sad to say, He told us that he was busy, but he said we could choose someone to interview and ask the necessary questions for our project. After the interview, we took a picture together to include in our papers as proof to our instructor.

After that, we need to order something in the Jollibee and time the process from ordering to receiving our order. But our budget was limited, so we decided to contribute 50 pesos each and buy a chocolate sundae, costing 48 pesos each. And we need to separate in two orders to compare the time that what we take. And while eating we took some pictures to update our group and chat to show our instructor.

After that, we went straight to J&L to buy some wipes, cups, and other things that we needed for our big fight cuz one of my instructors told us before we left the school to buy for our next day of celebration. And after the shopping, we went straight home to arrive early cuz it was getting dark already.And to go back home each other safe, and I am the one to send each of my groupmates to make sure that they are safe even though is very tried cuz of the trip as long as they arrived in there house each and safe that the good one and bless us we arrived each other safety.
