Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de freestyle hoy nos dirigimos al metropolitano a donde íbamos a entrenar. Hoy me dedique fue ayudar a mi amigo Juan para que saque el 360, lleva conmigo entrenado 5 meses, pude observar que anda. Demasiado rápido con los estáticos menos de 3 meses logro mantente front lever me contenta mucho que mi amigo está logrando los objetivos de la full planch. Algún día me gustaría verlo competir. Nuestros entrenamiento fue basado a agarrar el 360 y buscar el giro con mayor fluidez. Comenzamos a calentar como siempre con 180 y algunos giros para ir agarrándole confianza a la barra algo que visualice de mi amigo es que a la hora de girar estira las manos mucho hacia arriba y lo primero que hay que hacer es corregir eso para poder dar el giro completo. Después qué le corrijo cómo es la agrupación del 360 comenzó a agrupar mejor y a dejar que su movimiento sea más fluido. Realizó 6 intentos en todo en busca de agarrar la barra. Something I noticed about my friend was that when he turns, he stretches his hands up a lot, and the first thing to do is correct that in order to complete the turn.
