Watching yesterday first special stage of the rally, we noticed that only Ford Fiesta WRC with Teemu Suninen behind a steering wheel can match the times of 2019 WRC champ Ott Tanak because Estonian posted blistering time on the first special.
Teemu Suninen from Finland won't have a full program this season and it was really important for him to have good result from every rally because he doesn't know what will be his next event.
Unfortunately, he crashed out on the first special stage and what a crash it was. The biggest problem is that the roll cage is damaged and the team won't be able to repair it for the next day that he and his co-driver can continue the rally.
well this can happen to any driver but team boss of M-Sport Ford is not impressed and Mr Milenner said that it was 'kick in the teeth' after everything they did for their drivers to come to France for a rally.
