Todos conocen la difícil situación que estamos viviendo los venezolanos gracias a los gobernantes de turno, quienes además de debilitar nuestra economía, se han dedicado a dividir el país y desmoralizar a sus habitantes; sin embargo no se imaginan cuántas esperanzas pusieron millones de personas en las elecciones celebradas el día de ayer. Hoy en el ambiente hay una sensación de derrota que se ve reflejada en el rostro de cada ciudadano, donde en lugar de ver personas, veo zombies que se dirigen a sus trabajos, y en otros veo odio y resentimiento que van expulsando donde quiera que pisan. Ambas cosas son preocupantes.
Everyone knows the difficult situation we Venezuelans are going through thanks to the rulers in power, who in addition to weakening our economy, have dedicated themselves to dividing the country and demoralizing its inhabitants; however, you cannot imagine how much hope millions of people placed in yesterday's elections. Today in the atmosphere there is a feeling of defeat that is reflected in the face of every citizen, where instead of seeing people, I see zombies going to their jobs, and in others I see hatred and resentment that they are expelling wherever they step. Both are worrisome.
Si hay algo de lo que puedo hablar es de lo fácil que es dejarse contaminar por emociones resultantes de una circunstancia, ya sea la sobrevaloración de la felicidad o la indignación que trae consigo la desesperanza. Sé que debemos ser compasivos con nuestros sentimientos, que es normal expresar tristeza, desánimo y hasta impotencia, pero el detalle está en no dejar que esas emociones nos arropen y deformen nuestro ser.
If there is one thing I can talk about, it is how easy it is to let ourselves be contaminated by emotions resulting from a circumstance, whether it is the overvaluation of happiness or the indignation that comes with despair. I know that we should be compassionate with our feelings, that it is normal to express sadness, discouragement and even helplessness, but the trick is not to let those emotions overwhelm us and deform our being.
No podemos sentirnos derrotados, porque lo ocurrido ayer fue una muestra refrescante de lo que significa estar unidos por un mismo sentir, y muchos sabíamos que el resultado podía ser este, pero sin embargo cumplimos con nuestro deber. Pienso que esto nos debería motivar, que debemos sacar esa fe de la que tanto hablamos ayer, para seguir creyendo que el cambio va a llegar en el momento perfecto, porque de eso se trata la fe, "es la convicción de lo que no se ve".
We cannot feel defeated, because what happened yesterday was a refreshing demonstration of what it means to be united by the same feeling, and many of us knew that this could be the result, but nevertheless we did our duty. I think that this should motivate us, that we should bring out that faith we talked so much about yesterday, to continue believing that change will come at the perfect moment, because that is what faith is all about, "it is the conviction of what is not seen".
Con maldecir, arremeter contra otros o deprimirnos, no vamos a lograr absolutamente nada, aunque parezca una opinión dura y sin empatía, es la verdad. Si dejamos que quiebren nuestro espíritu, ahí si es verdad que no tendremos esperanza. Seamos pacientes, pero diligentes, sabiendo que hay batallas más difíciles que otras, pero que al final la recompensa será grande. Como venezolanos hemos experimentado el rechazo, la burla, el atropello, y la infamia no solo de un gobierno, sino de muchos en el mundo, sin embargo recuerden: "Los últimos serán los primeros".... Mi llamado es a permanecer firmes, con la mejor actitud, y fieles a esa fe que tanto profesamos tener.
By cursing, lashing out at others or getting depressed, we are not going to achieve absolutely nothing, although it may seem a harsh and unempathetic opinion, it is the truth. If we allow them to break our spirit, then it is true that we will have no hope. Let us be patient, but diligent, knowing that there are more difficult battles than others, but that in the end the reward will be great. As Venezuelans we have experienced the rejection, the mockery, the outrage, and the infamy not only of a government, but of many in the world, however, remember: "The last shall be first" ..... My call is to remain firm, with the best attitude, and faithful to the faith we profess to have.
Una situación que nos afectó a todo los venezolanos, ya que se cumplieron todo los objetivos y en cuestión de segundos perder todo, creando un gran sentimiento, un vacío y ese sueño de ver a una Venezuela distinta, sin duda queda continuar y ver qué pasará en esta país.
Unidad, fuerza y actitud, esperemos a ver que pasa, pero han demostrado definitivamente la voluntad de lo que no se desea y de lo que si. Abrazo grande Gloria!🤗
Hola, @glowshine, tienes mucha razón en tu planteamiento y me hizo recordar una frase de Mandla que dice algo así: El odio es un veneno que mata al que lo siente y no a quien va dirigido. Los sentimientos hay que expresarlos porque si no ahogan, pero también tenemos que aprender a manejarlos, pues son capaces de enfermar. Saludos.
