In our Ladies of Hive community (which you can join BTW), we reward all (any) articles with the token.
Then we have a weekly contest, which one may join, and a minimum of 10 winners are chosen, all getting rewards from 3 Hive to 1 Hive. In addition, if you are a minnow, you can be chosen for an upvote (3 per day) by minnowsupport, and then featured here in an article once a week.
