I need to tell you a story...A story of real life struggle!

This picture tells a thousand words!

It may seem a very ordinary image to you. But for us, it's a life story.

Let me explain!

The Government announced a lockdown for one week. Covid situation is getting worse, every day nearly a hundred people are dying and there are more than thousands of new positive cases every single day. The government has no other option but to lock our cities to control Coronavirus.

But...

We are struggling in every way possible.

Different non-government and private organizations can't afford to shut down their office aka businesses anymore. People have seen the worse and they don't want to face that anymore. Moreover, the garments factories are open. That means a huge number of people have to go outside to attend their workplace. But the transport is off. So they don't have any means but suffer to reach their workplace.

The picture I have shared is a photo of a Rickshaw (our local human pulled vehicle). You can see the puller is resting/standing a few meters away. He has no option but to find his living. But as there was a ban on transport so he was not getting any rider/customer. Moreover, the police will change him for getting out in this lockdown. But you may guess how difficult it can be for a daily earner to survive in this megacity without any earning source.

People are leaving this city...they are walking because of the ban on transport. The government can't control the mess anymore, the streets are overflown by personal vehicles. It's a total messed-up situation.

My heart is aching seeing the struggle. I'm blessed that this is not touching me actively. But passively for sure. And who knows someday maybe I also have to go through some worst life experiences because of this pandemic!
