The Speckberg near Nassenfels, 8 km north of Neuburg is an archaeotope that already has traces of settlement 130,000 years ago and was probably inhabited the whole time source. In my article today we will visit this place and experience nature there in different aspects.
Der Speckberg bei Nassenfels, 8 km nördlich von Neuburg ist ein Archäotop das bereits Siedlungspuren von vor 130000 Jahren vorweisen kann und wahrscheinlich die ganze Zeit über besiedelt war Quelle. In meinem heutigen Artikel besuchen wir diesen Ort und erleben die Natur dort in verschiedenen Aspekten.
Plateau
After a very short hike you arrive at the plateau and can enjoy the view of the surrounding valley landscape. Due to the exposed location, the trees are heavily marked by the wind. In their stubbornness they offer no protection and are fixated on survival.
Nach einer sehr kurzen Wanderung kommt man auf dem Plateau an, und kann die Aussicht in die umliegende Tallandschaft geniesen. Durch die exponierte Lage sind die Bäume dort schwer vom Wind gezeichnet. Sie bieten in ihrer Karkheit keinen Schutz und sind selbst aufs Überleben fixiert.
Suddenly there is bleating and barking and shortly afterwards a herd of sheep is moving along the stream towards Speckberg.
Plötzlich ertönt Blöken und Gebell und kurz darauf zieht eine Herde Schafe am Bach entlang Richtung Speckberg.
Nature
One of the rare flowers on the hillside catches my attention, the Carthusian carnation (Dianthus carthusianorum).
Eine der seltenen Blumen am Hang erweckt meine Aufmerksamkeit, die Karthäusernelke (Dianthus carthusianorum).
Of geological interest are the rocks of the White Jura, which are exposed here. Or the silicified limes in plate form (plate silex) or spherical form (chert lumps) for the manufacture of stone tools.
Von geologischem Interesse sind die Gesteine des Weißen Jura, die hier offen zu Tage treten. Oder die verkieselten Kalke in Plattenform (Plattensilex) oder Kugelform (Hornsteinknollen) zur Herstellung der Steinwerkzeuge.
The black sheep of the troop takes on the shepherd dog. He gets the upper hand but has to take a few rams.
Das schwarze Schaf der Truppe legt sich mit dem Herdenhund an. Der bekommt zwar die Oberhand muß aber einige Rammstöße einstecken.
Only a slight pinch in the sheep's neck ends the fight and the sheep goes back into the herd.
Erst ein leichtes Zwicken in den Hals des Schafes beendet den Kampf und das Schaf geht wieder zurück in die Herde.
The lamb of the sheep closely follows the events.
Aufmerksam wird das Geschehen vom Lamm des Schafes verfolgt.
Here they are united together. Apparently the dog got too close to the lamb which the sheep didn't like. But the real story is definitely a completely different one and I dedicate myself again to nature before my eyes.
Hier sind sie zusammen vereint. Scheinbar hat sich der Hund zu nah an das Lamm herangemacht was dem Schaf nicht gefallen hat. Aber die wahre Geschichte ist bestimmt eine ganz andere und ich widme mich wieder der Natur vor meinen Augen.
With this miniature in a stone bulge, I end my excursion in pictures and enjoy the autumn sun and the calm after the sheep have moved on.
Mit dieser Miniatur in einer Steinausbuchtung beende ich meinen Ausflug in Bildern und geniese die Herbstsonne und die Ruhe nachdem die Schafe weitergezogen sind.

All the photos are very beautiful and dog help to aline of those sheeps, the mud way and few peoples are standing is feeling some nostalgic.
