The Wrong Missy - Funnier than expected!

Haha, I just love the fact that I often enjoy those movies slaughtered by others. And yes, often I hate those movies praised by the crowds. But, who cares? After all, a movie is about me feeling good and having a good time, isn't it?

So, I just saw a review in a paper in which they gave The Wrong Missy a 1/6 score. Well, I can understand why some people might end up hating this movie, but I have got to be honest, I laughed way more watching The Wrong Missy than I do watching most other comedies nowadays.

The Wrong Missy is annoying - but funny

Lauren Lapkus plays the role as Missy (the wrong one). You might remember her from her role in The Big Bang Theory. There she played a strange girl, but in The Wrong Missy, she plays the role of a totally crazy girl. She seems to have lost her mind, and she has no clue about how to behave among other people. Tim (David Spade) understands this after 1 minute on their first date, and decides never to meet her again. And I understand him. It is hard to actually bear up with Missy. She is crazy, she is tiring, and it is just frustrating to listen to her. But, somehow, I find it to be funny and I laughed a lot just listening to her jokes, and see how she makes Tim go crazy with all her stunts and her behavior.

Missy and Tim ends up on a business weekend together by a mistake. Tim thought he invited a different Missy (the right one), but instead, he invited the girl from the terrible date. Things don't get better when Missy starts chatting around with all his colleagues, his ex-wife, his boss, and the wife of the boss. But, there is something fun about all of it... at least if you are tired enough or don't get angry because of the stupid humor, but instead, find yourself able to laugh at the utter stupidity of it all.

Are you able to laugh at the stupidity of Missy?

That is the question? If you are, then you will probably have a good time streaming The Wrong Missy on Netflix. If you don't (you will find out after 10 minutes), then you better just turn this off. if not, you will get high blood pressure and waste 90 minutes of your precious time on something you will regret.

But, if I were to rate my experience of The Wrong Missy, the score would be:
7/10

The score is based on the fact that I enjoyed the movie and laughed a lot. It doesn't make it a classic, nor a great movie... but I had a great time watching it, thus the good rating (compared to all other ratings this movie has received online).

You can watch The Good Missy on Netflix everywhere (no need to change your Netflix country. That is good news, isn't it?
