Lonestar State pinup, Liv Hexanberry!

10:30p.m. and I’m starting my evening Hive blog a little earlier than usual. Not so bad. I posted some gaming earlier, but that doesn’t really count. Just something for fun since MTGA released one of my favorite set of cards. I’ve had a hard time staying focused today. I’ve been getting pulled in a lot of directions. Overall, for the week, I’ve been fairly productive and tomorrow I have a chance to meet with @lovejoy and go over some illustration and video stuff. I made it to another Friday, so I won’t complain.

During my bouts of productivity today, I did manage to get through some photography. A shoot from March when I visited San Antonio, TX. My first time in the state, which was a much needed break from my usual travel routine […always LA and New York]. Texas was a refreshing change of scenery and so was Liv Hexanberry. A beautiful, curvy burlesque pinup model who’d reached out to me to book one of the few sessions I took on during my time in the Lonestar state.

She managed to land a gorgeous suite in a historic hotel in downtown San Antonio. She’d sent me a few photos but they didn’t do it justice. Completely my esthetic. Dark with victorian furniture, naturally lit with transparent blinds. We met in the lobby and she laid out several stunning wardrobe possibilities; one of the best things about working with burlesque performers, I’ve learned over the years. It was sundown and beautiful warm light was pouring in through giant floor to ceiling windows.

This is the second set of images I’ve shared here on Hive of Liv. I have a third still to come and I’m hoping to finish things up over the weekend. I have to switch gears back to quarantine/virtual shoots. I still owe a few clients that’ve been very patient and I need to finish things up with them before I open things to more distance shoots. I have more to share, too. I listed some of my first artwork on NFTShowroom, but I’ll wait for a full blog post on that. Thanks for reading and following me on Hive!

The headpiece looks good and her 3rd costume is really cool, great job!

I hear you about making it to a Friday. That seems to be the biggest goal each week at this point in time! Good luck with the virtual schools. As of right now we are one of the only districts in the area that is going to have students back face to face. I hope it all goes well...

Uffff i love it

Your photography is amazing man! Your own style is so consistent. I am also thrilled with your illustrations 🤘
