Recipe: The popular 3-in-1 juice!🍊🥕💜

Hello and welcome to this energetic post, this time I am going to share with you something I made for the first time, a 3 in 1 juice!

Well yes, in my 30 years of age I had never made this cocktail that is by far one of my favorites, at first I had the concept that it was difficult to make and it turned out to be the opposite! In my country, Venezuela, this combination is known as 3 in 1, and it is a mixture of orange, carrot and beet, and the grandparents say it is good for strengthening the immune system and raising hemoglobin!

Ingredients

Enough for 1 liter of juice

  • 10 oranges
  • 1 beet
  • 1 medium carrot

Preparation

Wash and cut the oranges in halves and extract the juice, set aside.
Then wash and cut the carrots and beets and blend them with a little bit of the orange juice, with the intention of extracting the juice and dilute it.

Once they are liquefied they are passed through a strainer to avoid lumps in the juice.

Now mix the beet and carrot juice with the orange extract and correct with sugar as needed and water if you prefer it softer.

The interesting thing about this ratio is that you get a juice full of nutrients, with a citrus flavor and with a spectacular color!!! 🤩

En mi país, Venezuela, está combinación es conocida como 3 en 1, y es una mezcla de naranja, zanahoria y remolacha (betabel), y los abuelitos dicen que es buena para fortalecer el sistema inmunológico y subir la hemoglobina!

Ingredientes

Suficiente para 1 litro de jugo

  • 10 naranjas
  • 1 remolacha (betabel)
  • 1 zanahoria mediana

Preparación

Se lavan y cortan las naranjas en mitades y se extrae el zumo, se reserva.
Luego se lavan y cortan la zanahoria y la remolacha (betabel) y se licúa con un poquito del jugo de la naranja, es con la intención de extraer el zumo son diluir.

Una vez que estén licuados se pasan por un colador para evitar los grumos en el jugo.

Ahora se mezcla el zumo de la remolacha (betabel) y la zanahoria con el extracto de la naranja y se corrige con azúcar según sea necesario y agua si se prefiere más suave.

Lo interesante de esta proporción es que se obtiene un jugo lleno de nutrientes, con un sabor cítrico y con un color espectacular!! 🤩
