Greetings and blessings to all!

This past week we have seen a lot of wonderful posts being created. The wrap up for week two of the challenge brought in a whole set of new beautiful stories allowing us to get to know each other a bit more. You can read them here.

I would like to take some time today to share with you all some of the posts that I have found inspiring and beneficial to myself and the community at large. I have been going through some personally very dark times, as have many others in the world, so my main focus here was on posts which shared some sort of positivity.

Being able to hold gratitude for the positivity that exists in these times of darkness gives us a means of generating joy when things may seem hopeless. One thing that I absolutely love about this community is the ample amounts of positive energy that you all generate. I give thanks to each and every one of you for being the shining stars that you all are.

Without further ado...

I meditated on my chronic pain

Authored by @gaiaswhisper

The mind is an incredibly powerful tool that can work both against us and for us. @gaiaswhisper writes in her lovely article about how the mind can store traumas throughout the body which can lead to or exasperate physical pain which if left untreated can develop into chronic pain. Using the power of meditation to become in tune with her body and the pain she experiences, she identified the pain and the root cause. This is key in moving through trauma. She then explains how she used visualizations to heal and reprogram her subconscious to improve her well-being and health.

The wisdom that we can obtain from listening to children is infinite should we just give them that respect. @arrliin tells us the story of going fishing with her family. At the end of the trip, her daughter had caught the most fish and decided to share her secret. Using the power of positivity and being grateful, @arrliin's daughter proved to be the most successful!

Discovering A Successful Meditation Practice in Daily Life

Authored by @juanvegetarian

Meditation can seem like a daunting skill to pick and and learn for beginners, often seeming like something out of reach and difficult to learn. Howeverm @juanvegetarian let's us know that there are many ways of learning how to master this skill in their post on being your own teacher. He explains that teachers only know what they have been able to understand and pass on, but that your own mind and body will speak to you more true than any words of a teacher. Listen to yourself and practice until you find what works for you!

JUGGLING AND ITS THERAPEUTIC USE

The author of this post shines some light on the science behind the benefits of juggling and some interesting new technology which encourages jugglers to learn new tricks. @vivitinerante explains juggling affects positive changes in several regions of the brain, to include the hippocampus which is heavily implicated in diseases like Alzheimer's disease. I found a lot of joy in reading through this and seeing the author juggling and her classmates on unicycles, juggling in the streets!

Time! Time! Time! I don't have time, I'm a mum!

Authored by @melbourneswest's wife

__

We all know that finding the time to exercise can be quite difficult with all of the intricacies of the daily adult life... or is it the motivation? According to @melbourneswest's wife, it's the motivation factor that keeps us from doing some push-ups or going for a jog. She explains how her and her husband created an at home gym during lockdown and the challenges they faced in motivating themselves and their children to work out. They even made little foam weights for their kids to use! Her sentiments, such as this one, brought a smile to my face - "With kids it can be hard to get motivated to exercise but nothing inspires you more than hearing your newest exercise buddy saying 'Come on mum, it’s exercise time!'."

If you're looking to add more knowledge to your spiritual or magickal correspondence, I highly suggest giving this a quick read!

Pretty awesome collection with positivity in mind. Stay as optimistic as you can @alchemage. These are strange times, but will surely pass just like all the other trials and tribulations of life.

However, I think it must be noted that this global tribulation has been around a little too long.

Que grato encontrarme entre todas esas maravillosas publicaciones. de verdad muchas gracias por el apoyo. Seguiré compartiendo material que considere útil para esta hermosa comunidad.
