One by @julianhorack who shared a very informative video he found that he was using to brush up on Ayuveda especially pertaining to

the 3 doshas or predispositions that we find defining temperament and physical characteristics in our body and mind.

His post contains his summary notes of the video giving you the pertinent information he derived from the video - See them here

@nainaztengra told of the importance of finding genuine ayurvedec medicines and also told of the different ayuvedic massages she was undergoing for her detox treatment describing the different benefits that can be derived from massage beyond just relaxing. Read about it here

Our own @pavanjr shared some wonderful content with life lessons he had learned.
One was a dialogue he had with a good friend concerning the part in life doubt plays and he gave a very interesting perspective. - read about it here

The other was on developing the capacity of resilience. Which is as he explains it

the psychological ability to face crises or catastrophic situations with a constructive mentality and without letting painful emotions paralyze us.

I will have a look at the ayurverdic posts because although I know the name, I have no idea what it actually refers to. This post also reminds me that I'm planning to make natural antibiotics for (maybe) two months now .. caught up in other stuff.. and still haven't done so (putting that on the list again)
