Hello Beautiful Folk, today I ( @trucklife-family) am excited to share with you, some of the amazing content that was created by some of our community members. Content that represents some of the wonderful wisdom that they share with us each week!

The Spirituality Challenge came to an end this weekend and there was an abundance of inspiring responses posted within the community. I love to see such a huge growth of natural medicine content, on the platform, a wonderful sign that things are changing, that more and more people are concerned about their own well being and the well being of their families.

Each time I curate, I always find it difficult to choose just a handful of posts, because there really are, so many talented and knowledgeable content creators within our community. Each curation is a celebration of them, of you and all the wonderful energy that you bring to our thriving community.

The 1 Hour/Day Rule


This post, expresses beautifully, how we suffer when we disconnect from our creative self. How life can become so busy, that we no longer take time for ourselves and the first step in reconnecting is in being more mindful. Thank you @edprivat for this very honest and touching post.

I realized that at the time, I never did the appropriate introspective work that would allow myself to give a good shot at life, and try to win the damn thing instead of being so passive, observing my own existence a little too much.

Frequencies, Energies and Vibrations | Can the Secret of the Universe be Solved?


I loved this post by @stellify, where she discusses how everything we do creates a vibration, from our thoughts, to our words, to our intentions. I also love how see see this as magic and something we can tap into in order to improve our lives.

In short, we are all a musical instrument working with a vibration. We reflect our own music with our good / bad notes that we want to happen to the universe. If these notes we reflect contain "good" things, then values ​​are "formed" in the same way. But if our music includes notes like fear, ego, prejudice, worthlessness, anxiety, and self-insecurity, the universe thinks we want them.

Toxic Positivity and the Denial of Emotions

In this post, @phoenixwren brings up such am important topic, one that has been ignored and over looked for far too long. How so much of society focuses on this need to be happy all of the time, whilst ostracizing those who only express themselves through other emotions.

Now, you might think that this isn't a very big problem. What's the harm in being positive, and looking for the good in everything? Well, plenty. I've discussed before how suppressing our emotions can lead to deep-seated psychological problems and massive shadows full of truths we refuse to look at, that cannot heal until we acknowledge that they're there and process them in a healthy way.

Taming Ego to Be Whole! 🍂

I love how @pavanjr defines Ego and Soul in this wonderful post, and how he really focuses on the importance of Ego in making us whole. Our Ego is a vital part of who we are and we need to embrace it as we grow and transform.

The ego is very important, it is only necessary to educate it, because it offers exercises to strengthen the soul; they are the exact stages of the overcoming of the self. Although in its initial state the ego is more related to appearance than to essence, by worrying about the body and physical well-being, which is fundamental to sustain life, we need the ego's interest in the mundane to manifest the sacred that dwells in the soul, not to suppress the one for the other but to harmonize the two.

The Importance Of Routines For My Mental Health

@mamarita shows so much self awareness in this post, recognizing the things that help her thrive and the fact that she often holds herself back, by the way in which she thinks. She also expresses how important, making time for self pleasure is, a topic I would like to be reading more about.

But well, my sexual energy is something I can cultivate and I also know it helps my overall health. And, next Tuesday I'll guide a client through a jade egg pleasure practice and I feel I need to be properly prepared. Practice what you preach, right.
