Amanecí con ganas de comer pescado, me fui al supermercado y compré varias especies, entre las cuales está la merluza, me gusta porque no tiene casi nada de espinas. Adicional a ello he comenzado una dieta baja en carbohidratos y menos carnes rojas, no sé cuánto dure pero ya inicié y la preparación de este platillo da fé de ello🙏. La preparación fue muy fácil, aquí les dejo los ingredientes 😉
