Traditional cheese pie

From my earliest childhood, I remember cheese pie as my favorite homemade pie. Parents always tried to buy fresh homemade cheese from proven producers, and then pies, various pastries and fillings would be made from it.

I was happy when I found homemade cow cheese at the market this morning and decided to buy other pie ingredients as well. To make a homemade cheese pie, it is the best to make crusts yourself. Since I'm not such a good "housewife", I decided that it was better to buy pie crusts in the store 🙂

Put the cheese in one bowl, salt it to your liking and add two eggs to it.

Then mix everything and add the baking powder.

Chop the young onion into small pieces, then combine everything and mix well.

After that, mix a little oil with mineral water in another bowl. With this mixture, the pie will never be too greasy and difficult to digest.

Spread the pie crusts and lightly moisten them with a mixture of water and oil. Take two tablespoons of the prepared cheese filling and spread it on one half of the crusts, and then fold both sides of the crust in half.

Roll in the crusts and place in a baking sheet. As the pie would not stick to the baking sheet, I like to use baking paper instead of extra oil.

When you have used up all the crusts and all the cheese filling, pour the mixture of oil and water evenly over the pie, so that the crusts are soaked.

Turn the oven to 200 degrees and when it heats up, put the pie to bake.

After about 20 minutes, make sure the pie is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool a bit.
