Deliciosa sopa de carne🥩🍲 paso a paso. [ESP-ENG]

Nada como una deliciosa sopa. Y mas cuando la hace mi mamá, yo amo cuando mi mamá hace sopa de carne y hoy les mostrare un poco de cono es este proceso. Recuerdo que hace un tiempo no me gustaba mucho la sopa y ahora me encantan!

Para esta sopa mi mama uso:

• carne.

• cebolla.

• cilantro.

• celery.

• yuca.

• auyama.

• ocumo.

• maíz.

• agua.

• sal.

• For this soup my mom used:

• meat.

• onion.

• coriander.

• celery.

• Yucca.

• pumpkin.

• sweet potato.

• corn.

• Water.

• Salt.

Cuando mi mamá va a hacer sopa lo primero que hace es colocar una olla con suficiente agua para hablandar la carne en este caso y le coloca el cilantro, celery y cebolla y deja que esto se cocine bien y se hablande.

• When my mother is going to make soup, the first thing she does is place a pot with enough water to speak the meat in this case and she places the coriander, celery and onion and lets this cook well and the meat is soft.

Por otro lado mi tía ayudo a picar y pelar todas las verduras que se le iban a colocar a la sopa y las pico de un tamaño no tan pequeño.

Luego de cortar toda la verdura la lavamos para ya ponerlo en la sopa.

Después de que colocamos la verdura en la sopa esperamos que esta este blanda, en este momento rectificamos el sabor de la sopa por si necesita mas sal.

Las sopas de mi mamá son deliciosas. Esta la preparo en la cocina pero otras veces las cocina con leña y estas quedan mucho mas sabrosas. Cuando la sopa está lista a mi mr gusta agregarle mas cilantro y un poco de limón. Cual es tu sopa favorita?
