Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es un placer para mi estar con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo un delicioso Dip de Ají Dulce; este delicioso dip lo hice para compartir con mi familia en casa, mi papá fue a visitar a un amigo agricultor y le regalo varios ajíes. Entonces me acordé de esta receta y la hice para una tarde amena. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su realización.
Greetings my dear friends from Foodies Bee Hive, it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you. Today I bring you a delicious Sweet Pepper Dip.; I made this delicious dip to share with my family at home. My dad went to visit a farmer friend and gave him several peppers. Then I remembered this recipe and made it for a pleasant afternoon. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its realization.
Ajíes dulces rojos
Cebolla
Ajoporro
Ajo
Mayonesa
Sal
Pimienta
Aceite
Ingredients:
red sweet peppers
Onion
leek
Garlic
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
oil
Preparation:
Primero cortamos los ajíes por la mitad y le sacamos las semillas.
First we cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Luego cortamos el ajoporro, cebolla y con ayuda de un cuchillo aplastamos el ajo.
Then we cut the leek, onion and with the help of a knife we crush the garlic.
Seguidamente colocamos una sartén al fuego, añadimos el aceite y una vez caliente empezamos a incorporar los ajíes, luego la cebolla, el ajoporro y el ajo. Sofreimos por unos minutos.
Then we place a frying pan on the fire, add the oil and once it is hot, we begin to incorporate the peppers, then the onion, leek and garlic. We fry for a few minutes.
Después añadimos la sal y pimienta. Sofreimos completamente. Una vez listo retiramos del fuego.
Then add the salt and pepper. We completely suffered. Once ready, remove from heat.
Inmediatamente añadimos el sofrito a la licuadora. Luego le agregamos la mayonesa. Licuamos hasta que quede homogenea la preparación.
Immediately add the sofrito to the blender. Then we add the mayonnaise. Blend until the preparation is homogeneous.
Servimos con pan salado. Y a disfrutar de este delicioso Dip de Ají Dulce.
We serve with salty bread. And enjoy this delicious Sweet Pepper Dip.
