Hello dear community, today I share with you this very unusual recipe for Beans with the head of pig, a great soup with a delicious flavor.

The ingredients to use are:

  1. Head of pig in pieces
  2. Beans
  3. Potato
  4. Coriander
  5. Celery
  6. Garlic
  7. Smoked chorizo
  8. Good grass
  9. Onion
  10. Sweet pepper
  11. Chives
Hola querida comunidad, hoy les comparto esta receta muy poco común de Frijoles con cabeza de cochino, una sopa estupenda con un sabor delicioso.

Los ingredientes a usar son:

  • Cabeza de cochino en trozos
  • Frijoles
  • Papas
  • Cilantro
  • Celery
  • Ajo
  • Chorizo ahumado
  • Hierba buena
  • Cebolla
  • Ají dulce
  • Cebollín

To start: The beans should be selected and put to soak for 5 hours or preferably overnight.
The dressings should be chopped very small, the potatoes in squares and the smoked chorizo in wheels.

Para empezar: Los frijoles debemos seleccionarlos y ponerlos a remojar por 5 horas o preferiblemente de un día para otro. Los aliños se deben picar muy pequeños, las papas en cuadros y el chorizo ahumado en ruedas

We chop the pig's bacon into squares, add oregano and salt and fry it in a frying pan. No oil should be added as the bacon will extract its own oil. When the bacon is golden brown and the oil has come out, we take advantage of it to fry the dressings.

El tocino del cochino lo picamos en cuadros, añadimos orégano y sal y lo ponemos a sofreír en un sartén, no se debe colocar aceite ya que el tocino sacara su propio aceite. Cuando el tocino este dorado y el aceite haya salido lo aprovechamos para sofreír los aliños.

In a large pot, boil the beans with plenty of water, add salt to it and let the beans soften.

En una olla grande ponemos a hervir los frijoles con abundante agua, le colocamos sal y dejamos que los frijoles se ablanden.

We put together the squares of the pig's head and the smoked chorizo to fry, we season it with oregano, salt and seasoning.

Juntamos los cuadros de la cabeza de cochino y el chorizo ahumado para sofreír, lo condimentamos con orégano, sal y sazonatodo.

Add the rest of the dressings and cover over low heat so that the juices come out.

Añadimos el resto de los aliños y tapamos a fuego lento para que salgan los jugos.

Finally, when the beans are soft, we put together everything that was fried in the pot of beans, we tested that it was well salted, we added the potato squares and we waited about 10 minutes for the flavors to mix.

Por último cuando los frijoles estén blandos juntamos todo lo sofreído en la olla de los frijoles, probamos que este bien de sal, añadimos los cuadros de papas y esperamos unos 10 minutos para que se mezclen los sabores.
