Hello dear friends of the community, happy thursday I want to share this delicious lunch with vegetables and olives, accompanied with rice, baked banana and avocado.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- 1/4 de carne mechada

Proceso/ process
1. - primero vamos a cocinar la carne mechada y le vamos agregar sal , un diente de ajo y la mitad de la cebolla y la tapamos para que ablande, cortamos trozos la cebolla, ají, tomate, cebollín, cilantro y ajo y agregamos en una taza, luego cortamos las aceitunas y reservamos, ahora cuando la carne este blanda la sacamos en un plato y la vamos a desmechar
1. - first we are going to cook the meat and we are going to add salt, a clove of garlic and half the onion and cover it to soften, cut the onion, chili, tomato, chives, cilantro and garlic into pieces and add them in a cup, then cut the olives and reserve, now when the meat is soft we take it out in a plate and we are going to remove it from the meat.
2. - luego agregamos aceite en un sartén y agregamos los vegetales para sofreír, y condimentamos con oregano, salsa de ajo, salsa china y adobo y agregamos la carne y revolvemos luego colocamos la taza de caldo y al final las aceitunas revolvemos y tapamos, luego pasado los 15 minutos revolvemos y destapamos un poco para que se seque un poco el caldo apagamos la llama y servimos con arroz , plátano horneado y aguacate
